    COCONUT CAKE

    2 yellow cake mixes
    2 pkg. fresh frozen coconut
    2 c. sugar
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip


    Recipe

    Bake 4 layers of yellow cake. Do not thaw coconut completely. Combine all ingredients, fill, frost and refrigerate for 5 days.
