    Custard Pie

    List of Ingredients

    4 eggs
    6 Tablespoons butter or margarine, melted and cooled
    2 cups milk
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg or to taste
    2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries, blackberries, or peaches
    Whipped cream for garnish


    Recipe

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Mix eggs, cooled butter, milk, sugar, vanilla and flour at high speed in food processor, blender or mixer until well blended. Pour into greased 9-inch glass pie plate. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake for 45 – 55 minutes, until puffy and golden. Serve with fruit and whipped cream.

    SERVES: 6 - 8
