    Coconut Rum Cake

    1 package Duncan Hines Golden Butter
    cake mix
    1 small package coconut instant pudding
    1/2 cup coconut rum
    1/2 cup water
    1/2 cup Crisco oil
    4 eggs



    Glaze while hot with the following:

    Glaze:
    1 stick butter (1/2 cup)
    1 cup sugar
    1/4 cup coconut rum
    1/4 cup water

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour a Bundt cake pan. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

    Prepare glaze near the end of cooking time for the cake. Melt butter, then add sugar, rum and water. Bring to a boil and cook 4 minutes. Pour over hot cake while it is still in the pan. Cool cake 15 to 20 minutes before removing from pan.
