    (This cake is best prepared a day or two ahead so all the liquid gets absorbed and the taste developes) It's worth the wait!

    Cool & Creamy Coconut Cake


    1 box yellow cake mix
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 can cream of coconut (in the "drinks" section of the store)
    1 tub (8oz) whipped topping, thawed
    3 cups flaked,sweetened coconut

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
    Prepare cake mix as per package directions. Remove from oven and using a fork poke holes in entire cake.
    Mix condensed milk and cream of coconut; slowly pour over warm cake. Cool cake completely.
    Frost with topping, sprinkle with coconut. Cover and refrigerate til serving. Cut in squares.
