3 egg yolks, room temperature
14-oz can sweetened, condensed milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
graham cracker pie crust
small container of Cool Whip or your preferred whipped
cream topping
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix eggs, then stir in
milk and lemon juice. Pour into crust. Bake 8 minutes.
Cool. Chill in refrigerator. Top with whipped topping
when ready to serve.
