    Debby's Baby Shower Jello Cake

    * 1 Duncan Hines White Cake Mix, prepared according to package directions in 13 x 9 inch pan (use egg whites only)
    * 1 3 oz. jello, any flavor (we use strawberry and garnish the cake with fresh berries)
    * 1 3/4 cups water
    * 1 small instant vanilla pudding
    * 1 large container Cool Whip (not the huge tub)
    * Fresh strawberries

    Allow cake to cool for awhile,
    Meanwhile dissolve jello in 1 3/4 cup boiling water.
    Poke holes in cake with large utility fork, and then carefully spoon jello over cake, distributing evenly.
    Refrigerate for at least a couple of hours.

    Next, prepare instant pudding as directed on package for pudding.
    Chill a few minutes in fridge; spread over cake.
    Refrigerate awhile if you have time.

    Finally, spread Cool Whip over pudding layer.
    Garnish with fresh strawberries if you have them.
