    Frozen Sundae Pie

    Makes 8 servings


    26 chocolate wafer cookies
    4 cups fat-free ice cream, slightly softened
    2 tablespoons fat-free hot fudge topping
    1 cup banana slices
    2 tablespoons fat-free caramel ice cream topping

    Recipe



    1. Place cookies on bottom and around side of 9-inch pie pan. Carefully spoon ice cream into pie pan; cover with plastic wrap. Freeze 2 hours or overnight or until firm.
    2. Just before serving, place hot fudge topping in small microwavable bowl; microwave at HIGH 10 seconds. Drizzle pie with fudge topping; top with banana slices. Place caramel topping in small microwavable bowl; microwave at HIGH 10 seconds. Drizzle over bananas; sprinkle with peanuts.

    Note

    If desired, the pie can be assembled the night before without the bananas.

    Top pie with bananas at time of serving.
