    Ginger Peach Cake

    2 tablespoons of margarine
    1 package of ginger bread mix
    1/2 cup of water
    2 cups of sliced peaches
    Whipped cream for topping

    Recipe



    Preheat your oven to 375ºF. Grease the bottom and sides of baking pan. In a bowl, combine the gingerbread mix and water. Blend at low speed, then beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir in the peaches. Pour into baking pan. Bake in oven for 35 minutes. Serve warm topped with whipped cream.

    Serves 6 - 8
