Golden Pecan Pie

Crust:
1 Pillsbury® Refrigerated Pie Crust (from 15-oz. pkg.), softened as directed on package
Filling:
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
1 1/4 cups light corn syrup
1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups pecan halves or broken pecans
2 tablespoons margarine or butter, melted
Recipe
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Place pie crust in 9-inch pie pan as directed on package for one-crust filled pie.
In large bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, corn syrup, vanilla and eggs; beat well. Stir in pecans and margarine. Pour into crust-lined pan.
Bake at 375 degrees F. for 40 to 50 minutes or until filling is puffed and pie is golden brown. Cool 2 hours or until completely cooled. Store in refrigerator.
VARIATIONS:
ORANGE PECAN PIE: Add 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel to filling. If desired, garnish with candied orange peel.
