Grandma's German Apple Cake
2 large eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
½ tsp. salt
4 c. diced apples {peeled or not, depending on your taste}
1 c. chopped pecans
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla
Recipe
Beat eggs and salad oil until foamy. Add sugar, flour, cinnamon,
soda, salt, and vanilla. Mix well. Add diced apples and nuts. Pour
into a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan or Bundt pan. Bake 45 to 60
minutes at 350 degrees.
Cool and frost with Cream Cheese Frosting or dust with powdered
sugar.
