5 cups sliced apples
½-¾ cup sugar
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon tapioca
¼-½ cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Recipe
Cook all ingredients, except the apples, until thick and clear. Then, add the apples and cook until tender. Pour into hot, sterilized jars. Process for 20 minutes in a boiling water bath.
