Honey Pecan Pie
1 cup Honey
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 T. butter, melted and cooled
Recipe
Line pie pan with plain pastry, and chill while preparing filling. Beat eggs with whisk; whisk in honey, vanilla melted butter and salt. pour mixture into pastry shell. Add pecans. Bake 35-40 minutes or until knife is inserted in the center and comes out clean; baking at 400º for first 10 minutes 300º for next 20 minutes, and 250º for the last 10 minutes.
