    Juicy Fruited Summer Pie

    Preparation Time: 10 minutes

    Servings: 8


    2/3 cup boiling orange-pineapple-banana juice
    1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Brand Pineapple or Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
    1/2 cup cold orange-pineapple-banana juice
    Ice cubes
    1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
    1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz. or 9 inch)
    1 cup assorted cut-up fruit


    Recipe



    Stir boiling juice into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Mix cold juice and ice to measure 1 cup. Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened. Remove any remaining ice.

    Stir in 2-1/2 cups of the whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth. Refrigerate 20 to 25 minutes or until mixture is very thick and will mound.

    Spoon into crust. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Just before serving, garnish with remaining whipped topping and fruit.

    Makes 8 Servings
