    Lemon Poppy Seed Pound Cake

    1 pkg lemon cake mix
    1 pkg lemon instant pudding
    4 eggs
    1-cup water
    1/3-cup vegetable oil
    1/3-cup poppy seeds

    Lemon Icing

    1/3 cup lemon juice
    1 cup powdered sugar


    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer. Pour into a greased 10 inch bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes. Cool and glaze with lemon icing.
