Lorna Doone Pudding Cake

Crust:
1 package Lorna Doone cookies, crushed
1/2 cup margarine, crushed
Filling:
2 (3-3/4-oz. each) packages instant vanilla pudding
2 pints butter pecan ice cream, softened
2 cups milk
1 carton (8-oz.)Cool Whip, thawed
4 Oats and Honey granola bars, crushed
Recipe
Combine crushed Lorna Doone cookies and melted margarine. Mix well and press into bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Bake at 325 F. for 10 minutes.
Combine pudding mix, softened ice cream and milk; beat until thick. Pour over cooled cookie crust.
Refrigerate until well chilled. Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with crushed granola bars.
Serves 12 to 14
