    This is a fruity cake. This needs to be refrigerated.

    List of Ingredients




    Serving Size: 24

    1 box yellow cake mix
    1/2 C. oil
    1 small can mandarin oranges - do not drain
    4 eggs
    1 C. concentrated orange juice
    Icing
    1 large container whipped topping
    1 20. oz. can crushed pineapple and juice
    1 small box instant vanilla pudding

    Recipe



    Mix together cake mix, oil, oranges, eggs, and orange juice. Pour into a 9 by
    13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes. Allow
    cake to cool. When the cake has cooled, mix together whipped topping, crushed
    pineapple mix, and instant vanilla pudding. Refrigerate until you are ready
    to serve.
