    Mocha Pie

    Two tablespoons boiling water
    One teaspoon instant coffee granules
    Eight ounces (fat free if you prefer) whipped topping, softened
    One 9-inch chocolate or graham cracker (low fat) pie crust (or baked regular pie crust)
    One 7 ounce milk or dark chocolate candy bar
    Optional second candy bar for garnish. (Store this candy bar in the refrigerator and work quickly when you're ready to make the curls:

    using your potato peeler, simply shave the candy bar over the completed pie. Save the rest of the candy bar for snacking later.)
    Dissolve the coffee in the boiling water in a coffee cup.
    Melt the candy bar in the microwave in a medium size bowl. Let it cool a bit. Add the prepared coffee.
    Fold in the whipped topping and pour into your pie crust.
    Garnish with chocolate curls if you so wish.
    Freeze the pie.
    To serve: thaw 10 or 15 minutes before serving so the slices are easier to cut.
    This recipe will make 6 to 8 servings.
