    Peach-Berry Pie

    PEACH-BERRY PIE

    � cup sugar

    2 tablespoons cornstarch

    2 cups strawberries, washed, hulled, and crushed

    2 tablespoons lemon juice

    3 cups fresh or canned peach slices, drained

    1 cup strawberries, washed, hulled, and halved

    1 9-inch baked pastry shell


    Recipe

    In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, crushed strawberries and lemon juice; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and clear. Cool. Arrange peach slices and halved strawberries in pie shell in attractive design. Pour strawberry glaze over fruit. Chill 2 hours.
