Pumpkin Pie Cake

List of Ingredients

1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
6 eggs
12 oz. can evaporated milk
1½ cups sugar
2 tsps. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
½ tsp. nutmeg
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 cup melted margarine
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans




Recipe

Beat the first 7 ingredients well. Pour into an ungreased 9 x 11" cake pan. Mix cake mix and nuts, sprinkle over pumpkin mixture and pour margarine over the top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Top with whipped cream.
