    Party Cheesecakes



    24 vanilla wafers

    2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Cream cheese

    2/4 cup sugar

    2 eggs

    1 tbsp. lemon juice

    1 tsp. vanilla

    1 can cherry pie filling, or blueberry



    Put paper cup cake liners into 24 muffin cups

    Put a vanilla wafer in each one

    Combine cheese, sugar, eggs, lemon juice and vanilla

    Beat until smooth and creamy

    Fill each cup about 2/3 full

    Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes.

    Cool and refrigerate overnight

    Put pie filling on each before serving
