    Peaches And Cream Cake

    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1-3.4 oz pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 cup milk
    3 Tblsp butter or margarine, melted
    1-16 oz can peach slices
    1-8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 Tblsp sugar
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon


    Recipe



    In a mixing bowl, stir together flour, pudding mix and baking powder. In separate bowl combine the egg, milk and melted butter; add to dry
    ingredients. Mix well; spread in a greased 8"x 8"x 2" baking pan. Drain peaches, reserving 1/3 cup juice.
    Chop peaches; sprinkle over the top of the batter. Beat together cream cheese, the 1/2 cup sugar and reserved peach juice; pour over the peaches in the pan. Combine the 1 tablespoon sugar and the cinnamon; sprinkle over all. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.

    Cool and serve.
