    1 8-oz package of cream cheese at room temperature
    2 cups Confectioner's 10X sugar
    1 graham cracker ready-to-use pie crust (or try chocolate crust)
    1 16-oz. tub of Cool-Whip
    1/2 cup peanut butter (try fresh!)
    Chopped peanuts
    Chocolate sauce

    Preparation

    Mix cream cheese with sugar until silky smooth. Add peanut butter.
    Again mix until silky smooth. Fold in Cool-Whip until there are no
    streaks left. Pile into pie crust and smooth down with back of spoon.
    Chill in the freezer for 20 minutes and remove to the refrigerator
    for 10 minutes more. Just before serving, sprinkle a few finely
    chopped peanuts over the top. Serve narrow slices, as this is rich.
    To add a gourmet touch, drizzle thin lines of chocolate sauce on
    plate and pie slice.
