Pecan Pie
Filling:
6 oz granulated sugar
1 ½ c corn syrup
6 oz light brown sugar
1 ½ oz butter
10 eggs
Recipe
In a saucepan over medium heat, melt down the sugar, corn syrup, and the brown sugar. Use a whisk to min it in, and make sure that the side of your saucepan are not burning.
Keep heating until completely dissolved. Off the heat, add in the whole eggs 2 or three at a time. Finish up by adding the butter and strain to a medium size china cup.
