Pistachio Cake

1 stick butter
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup chopped nuts -- (pistachio if

1 st layer
8 ounces cream cheese
2/3 cup powdered sugar
4 1/2 ounces cool whip
2 nd layer
2 boxes pistachio pudding -- (instant)
2 1/2 cups milk
Ready, set, cook!
Mix butter, flour, sugar, and nuts. Press in the bottom of a 9x13-inch cake pan. Bake 15-20 minutes in 350ø oven. Cream together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip. Spread over cooked and cooled crust. Beat together the pudding and milk for 1 minute; pour this over the 1st layer. Spread 9 oz. of Cool Whip over the 2nd layer, then sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate
