    Preacher's Comin Raisin Pie

    1/ 2 cup butter (melted)
    3 eggs (beaten)
    2/3 cup sugar
    1 tsp vinegar
    1 tsp rum flavoring
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp ground allspice
    1/2 cup black walnuts (chopped)
    2 cups raisins
    Dash of salt
    1 single or double unbaked 8 or 9” pastry shell
    Garnish of sour cream or whipped cream.

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into pastry shell and bake at 300° for approximately 50 minutes.
    Makes 1 pie.
