    Pumpkin Cake



    1 box yellow cake mix

    4 eggs

    3/4 cup sugar

    1/2 cup oil

    1 ( 16 oz.) can pumpkin

    1/4 cup water

    1 tsp. water

    1 tsp. cinnamon

    1/4 tsp. nutmeg



    Combine cake mix, eggs, sugar, oil, water, cinnamon, nutmeg, and pumpkin

    Mix well

    Put into a greased tube pan ( or bundt pan)

    Bake at 350 for 1 hour, Cool, spread on icing

    Pumpkin Cake Icing

    1 (3 oz.) cream cheese , softened

    1 box Confectioners sugar (10 x)

    1/2 cup butter

    1 tsp. vanilla



    Combine cream cheese, sugar, butter and vanilla

    Beat with mixture until smooth

    Spread on cool Pumpkin Cake
