    Pumpkin Crunch Cake

    List of Ingredients




    Mix the following and set aside for topping:
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 T. flour
    2 T. melted butter
    1 t. cinnamon

    Combine and mix these ingredients:
    1 box yellow cake mix (18½ oz.)
    1 c. pumpkin mixed with ½ c. water
    3 beaten eggs
    1 t. pumpkin pie spice

    Recipe



    Pour half the batter into 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with half the topping. Spread on the rest of the cake batter. Cover with remaining topping. Bake at 350° for 45-50 minutes. Cool and serve with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
