1 refrigerator pie crust
1 large package of caramel candies, unwrapped (about 40 � 50, you will know its enough when you hit the point where you are vowing never to open another piece of candy, ever again)
2 � cups of pecan
2 cups heavy whipping cream
Recipe
Bake pie crust according to package directions. (if you are like me and can never get a clean slice off of the first piece you cut, use this cheat, spray your pie dish lightly with cooking spray, then put pie crust in. The crust won�t be stuck to the dish, perfect slice every time.)
In microwave, melt caramel candies with one cup of cream.
Melt them in intervals of 1 -2 minutes, stirring in between.
Once melted completely, mix in pecans.
Pour into prepared pie crust and place in refrigerator to settle, at least 4 hours.
