1 refrigerator pie crust
1 large package of caramel candies, unwrapped (about 40 – 50, you will know its enough when you hit the point where you are vowing never to open another piece of candy, ever again)
2 ½ cups of pecan
2 cups heavy whipping cream
Recipe
Bake pie crust according to package directions. (if you are like me and can never get a clean slice off of the first piece you cut, use this cheat, spray your pie dish lightly with cooking spray, then put pie crust in. The crust won’t be stuck to the dish, perfect slice every time.)
In microwave, melt caramel candies with one cup of cream.
Melt them in intervals of 1 -2 minutes, stirring in between.
Once melted completely, mix in pecans.
Pour into prepared pie crust and place in refrigerator to settle, at least 4 hours.
