Vinegar Pie
1/2 cup softened butter
1-1/4 cup sugar
2 TB vinegar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 unbaked 8" pie shell
Recipe
Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add vinegar, eggs and vanilla; beat well. Pour into pie shell.
Bake in a preheated 350° F., oven for 45 minutes or until knife blade
inserted halfway between center and edge of pie comes out clean.
Cool on rack.
Makes 6-8 servings.
