    1 1/2 cups crumbled graham crackers
    3/4 stick butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup finely chopped pecans
    1 1/2 lb. cream cheese
    1 cup sugar
    1/3 cup heavy cream
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Melt butter and mix with crackers and 1/2 cup sugar well. Press into
    bottom and sides of spring form pan. Sprinkle with pecans. For filling,
    beat cream cheese at room temperature. Add other ingredients. Mix. Pour
    into crust. Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes. For topping, melt 2
    tablespoons butter, add 3 tablespoons light brown sugar, 1/2 cup light
    corn syrup, 1/4 cup dark corn syrup, 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1
    teaspoon vanilla. Place pecan halves over baked cheesecake and pour warm
    topping over cake.
