1 cup sugar
½ cup light brown sugar
½ cup grated pineapple, with juice & pulp
1 tbsp. butter
12 marshmallows
1 cup chopped walnuts
½ tsp. lemon extract
Recipe
Slowly heat sugars and pineapple to soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add butter, marshmallows, walnuts and lemon extract. Beat until creamy. Pour into buttered pan
