1 CUP SLICED MUSHROOMS
6 SLICES WHITE BREAD, CRUST ON, 1/2" CUBES
1 ½ CUPS SHARP SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
8 EGGS
3 CUPS MILK
1 TEASPOON DRY OREGANO LEAVES
SEVERAL DAHES TABASCO .Recipe
1.LIGHTLY GREASE CASSEROLE DISH
2.PLACE BREAD CUBES IN BOTTOM OF CASSEROLE DISH
3.TOP WITH SAUSAGE, MUSHROOMS AND CHEDDAR CHEESE
4.MIX EGGS, MILK AND OREGANO WELL
5.POUR OVER OTHER INGREDIENTS IN CASSEROLE
6.COVER AND REFRIGERATE OVERNIGHT
7.BAKE, UNCOVERED AT 325 TO 350 DEGRES FOR 45 MINUTES TO 1 HOUR UNTIL PUFFED AND CENTER IS SET. LET SET FOR 5 MINUTES
GARNISH WITH FINE DICED RED AND GREEN BELL PEPPERS
SERVE WITH FRESH FRUIT ON SAME PLATE.
