    Chicken Enchilada Casserole


    1 can cream of Mushroom Soup

    1 can cream of Chicken Soup

    1 can cream of Celery Soup

    1 sm can Chopped and Peeled Green Chilies

    1 sm can Mild Enchilada Sauce

    1 sm can Hot Enchilada Sauce

    (Can use 1 lg can instead.)

    2 cans Chicken

    (I use 2 cans of chunk chicken breast. You can use canned dark meat
    or cook your own chicken and chop it up.)

    Grated Cheddar Cheese

    1 lg bag Nacho Cheese Doritos

    Recipe






    Mix all canned ingredients in large bowl. Mix together good. Crush
    Doritos in bag. The smaller they are crushed up the better. Add
    crushed Doritos to soup and chicken mixture. Mix well. Pour into
    casserole dish and cover completely with fairly thick layer of
    grated cheddar cheese. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until all cheese
    id melted. Approximately 30 minutes. Take out and serve.

    Makes a large casserole, and is great as leftovers. Just heat up in
    microwave.
