Easy Cheese and Noodle Casserole

List of Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1-32oz jar spaghetti sauce
1/3 c water
4 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 eggs slightly beaten
1-8oz carton of cottage cheese ( about 1 cup )
1/4 tsp salt
1-8oz med width noodles or macoroni ( uncooked )
4 -1oz slices of mozzerella cheese ( I use shredded cheese )you can
as much cheese as you like .




Recipe

Preheat oven at 350 . Brown the meat and drain off fat . In med bowl
combine spaghetti sauce , water , worcestershire sauce .In another
bowlcombine eggs , cattage cheese , salt . In greased 12x8x2
casserole dish , a 9x13 dish works good also . Spoon in 1/3 of the
sauce mixture .Top with half of the noodles , then all of the cheese
mixture , then half of the mozzerlla cheese and 1/3 of the sauce .
Repeat layering using remaining noodles and ground beef and sauce .
Cover and Bake for 1 hour .Uncover and top with remaing mozzerlla
cheese and bake for 15 mins longer .Let stand for 10 mins before
cutting . Serves 6-8 people .
