Round Steak Casserole

2 lb. round steak, cut in serving pieces
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. corn oil
3 lg. potatoes, cut in half
1 bay leaf
1 can Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup diluted with 3/4 can water and 1/4 cup white wine

steak in flour and brown in oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place steak in a large casserole. Saute onion in fat and spread over meat. Add peeled potatoes to meat and onions. Add bay leaf and diluted soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered.
