Reba's Pineapple Cheese Casserole

2 (20-oz.) cans pineapple tidbits, drained
1/3 c. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. melted butter, but not hot!
Pour pineapple into a greased 9 X 13 baking dish. Mix flour and sugar and sprinkle on top of pineapple. Mix cheese, crackers and butter together, then sprinkle on top of mixture. Bake at 350* for 30 to 40 minutes, or until crackers are golden.
Note: When serving ham, this is a must. It's almost like dessert.
