    1 Can (16 oz) Sauerkraut washed and drained
    1 pound of cooked, chopped corned beef
    **I used the one in the can/Armour brand**
    1 cup (8 oz.) Sour Cream
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
    2-3 sliced Rye bread, cubed
    2 Tbsp. Butter, sliced

    Recipe



    In a bowl combine Kraut, beef, sour cream, onion, and garlic. Spread evenly into a cake pan. Spread the Swiss Cheese over the top and then top the cheese with the cubed bread. Gently drop small "slivers" of butter in various spots all over the casserole. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until cheese melts and casserole is heated thoroughly. Serves 4.
