Sausage and Rice Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 lb. bulk sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cups cooked rice
1 can chicken with rice soup
1 can (8 3/4 oz.) corn, drained (I actually omit this)
salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In skillet, add sausage, green pepper and onion,
brown sausage and drain. In 2 qt. casserole pan, combine sausage mixture and
remaining ingredients. Cover and bake 35-45 minutes or until
bubbly.
