    Beef & Hashbrown Bake

    List of Ingredients

    8 cups frozen hash browns
    6 tbs vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb ground beef
    2 c water
    2- 3/4 oz packet gravy mix
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 c shredded cheddar cheese
    2 can fried onions
    2 10 oz frozen mixed vegetables


    Recipe

    Combine hash browns, oil and pepper in a 9x13 casserole. Press around bottom
    and sides. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Brown beef and drain. Stir in gravy,
    water and garlic salt; bring to a boil. Add veggies; reduce heat and simmer
    10 minutes. Stir in 1/2 cup of the cheese and 1/2 of the onions. Place in
    potato shell. Bake uncovered at 350 for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining
    cheese and onion. Bake 5 more minutes.
