    It's what's for Supper

    1 lb. ground beef
    16 oz. can stewed or diced tomatoes
    16 oz. can corn
    16 oz. can kidney beans, drained
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    Salt
    Ground black pepper
    16 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni
    8 oz. sour cream
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


    Recipe

    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown hamburger. Drain
    fat, add tomatoes, corn and beans and heat through. Season with
    garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook macaroni in a large pot of
    boiling water until tender. Remove from heat and drain. Top
    macaroni with meat mixture, grated cheddar and a dollop of sour
    cream.
