Swiss Vegetable and Ham Bake

Kate sent this recipe to me some time ago. It was originally called Swiss Vegetable Bake. She made the suggestion of adding ham to it. I made it last night, using the ham as Kate suggested and a couple changes in the ingredient sizes. It came out great! My family loves it! Thanks, Kate!
List of Ingredients
2 to 3 cups cooked ham, cubed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
pepper to taste
2 bags (16 oz.each) frozen vegetable combo**
1 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 cups French's Fried Onions
Recipe
Mix soup (undiluted), sour cream and pepper. Stir in vegetables, ham, 1 cup cheese and half the onions. Spoon into 9"x13" baking dish. Cover.
Bake at 350°F. for 30 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for another 25 minutes. Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions on top. Bake another 5 minutes.
Serves 6 to 8.
