DOUGH RECIPE FOR PIZZA HUT FLAVORED PIZZA

I have a friend who used to work here for several years and he says
this is how they make it.

1 1/3 cup room temp. water

½ teaspoon salt

4 cups flour

1/3 teaspoon oregano

1 tablespoon sugar

1 pk dry yeast

1/3 teaspoon garlic salt

2 tablespoons olive oil

Let dough rise punch down store overnight in refrigerator covered
punch down and make pizza with the following ingredients.

(this is part of the secret)

Sauce

10 ½ oz tomato sauce

1 tablespoon oregano

½ teaspoon garlic salt

1 tablespoon olive oil

Toppings

mix equal part

mozzarella – provolone and Munster cheese for basic cheese topping

Meats

You can choice from many such as Pepperoni, sausage, hamburger, ham,
fish, etc.

Vegetables

Onions, green and red peppers, green and black olives, tomato slices,
mushrooms, sauerkraut, etc..
