KFC Cole Slaw
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 medium head of cabbage, chopped fine
1 medium carrot, chopped fine
Mix together the first 8 ingredients. Add to chopped cabbage and
carrots. Refrigerate and chill for 2 hours.
NOTE :
You can use fat-free mayonnaise and skim milk to make a low-fat cole
slaw.
