Crockpot Spinach Stuffed Pasta Shells
12 oz. pkg. jumbo pasta shells
32 oz. spaghetti sauce
2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup diced onion
2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
10 oz. frozen spinach; thawed, squeeze dry
Recipe
Cook jumbo shells according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Pour 1/2 of spaghetti sauce into crockpot. In a medium bowl, combine spinach and other remaining ingredients, mix well. You stuff the pasta shells with the spinach mixture and layer in the crockpot. Pour the remaining sauce over all. Cook on LOW about 4 hours.
