Creme Brulee Buffet

Ingredients:
Basic Brulee
* ¾ c. Shirley J Universal Dessert Crème
* 6 tsp. raw sugar
* 3 c. whipping cream
Pumpkin Brulee:
* ¾ c. Shirley J Universal Dessert Crème
* 2 c. whipping cream
* 1 c. canned pumpkin
* ¼ tsp. nutmeg
* ¼ tsp. cloves, ground
* ¼ tsp. cinnamon
* 6 tsp. raw sugar
Directions:
Mix ingredients for chosen brulee with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2-3
minutes, and portion into six ramekins (generally ½ cup per portion). Top evenly
with approximately one teaspoon raw sugar. Melt sugar with Brulee torch, being
careful not to burn. Serve immediately.
