    Lemon Fluff from Penny

    1 pkg lemon jello (3 oz)
    1/2 c water boiling
    1 can crushed pineapple in its own juice (8 oz)
    1 c vanilla ice cream
    1 pkg frozen whipped topping, thawed (4 oz)
    1 c sour cream
    1/2 t lemon juice
    few drops yellow food color

    Recipe



    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. In blender container,
    blend gelatin, pineapple and juice until smooth. Add ice
    cream and blend for 10 seconds. In a medium bowl, mix
    remaining ingredients. Stir in gelatin mixture. Pour into
    serving dish and refrigerate for 1 hour or until set. Makes
    8 servings.

    Nutritional information: 194 calories, 10 g fat, 3 g protein,
    22 g carbohydrates, 24 mg cholesterol, 120 mg sodium, no fiber.
