Mango and Sticky Rice

Ingredients:
1 Cup Coconut milk
3 Tbsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Salt
1 Cup Sticky rice (cooked)
½ Fresh mango
Soak dry sticky rice in water for at least 2 hours. Rinse sticky rice thoroughly, and drain all water out. Steam in rice steamer for 15 to 20 minutes. Then mix coconut milk, sugar and salt in sauce pan. Heat mixture to medium heat. Pour over sticky rice and stir into sticky rice mixing thoroughly. Place mixture on serving plate. Top with pealed and sliced mango. Eat quickly.
