    PINEAPPLE LEMON CLOUD

    1 baked angel food cake $1.80
    1 4 oz. pkg. of lemon instant pudding .58
    1 20 oz. can crushed pineapple .79
    1 cup thawed whipped non-dairy topping .77
    10 fresh strawberries @ 1.67 for 30 .56

    Total for 10 servings: $4.50 or. .45 per serv.


    Recipe

    Mix the dry pudding mix with the pineapple and its juice. Gently stir in the whipped topping. Cut the cake horizontally into 3 layers.
    Place the bottom cake layer, cut side up on a plate. Spread 1/3 of the filling on the cake, top with the next layer and repeat, top with the last layer and mound the remaining filling on top. Place 10 small fresh strawberries on top.
