    Ingredients:
    1 cup Light Brown Sugar
    1 cup Sugar
    ½ cup Evaporated Milk
    1 ½ cups Chopped Pecans
    ½ Stick Butter
    1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    1/8 tsp Salt
    Directions:
    Place both sugars salt milk and butter in a heavy saucepan Over medium , , , . heat, stir mixture
    constantly with a wooden spoon until sugar dissolves. Boil 2 minutes until thick and bubbly. Remove
    from heat and add vanilla and pecans. Beat with a wooden spoon for a few minutes until the candy is
    slightly thick and loses gloss. Drop quickly by teaspoons onto waxed paper. You may need to use
    another teaspoon to help push the candy onto the paper. If the candy becomes too stiff, add a few
    drops of hot water. If you desire a larger praline, drop by tablespoons.
