Key Lime Dessert Squares

Crust:
3 c Shirley J Universal Biscuit & Baking Mix
1½ cube butter, softened
Filling:
1½ c Shirley J Universal Dessert Crème
1½ c water
12 oz can frozen limeade concentrate
2 drops green food coloring
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease the bottom of a 9x13
baking dish and set aside. Combine Universal Biscuit
& Baking Mix and butter. Mix on medium speed until
combined to a fine crumb. Pour into baking dish and
press evenly into bottom. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20
minutes, or until edges begin to turn golden brown. Set
crust aside to cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine liquids and food coloring.
Begin mixing and add Universal Dessert Créme to the
liquids. Mix on medium speed for two minutes and
immediately pour onto cooled crust. For best results,
refrigerate for 30 minutes. Garnish with sweetened
whipped cream and lime wedges.
